Using Discover Volusia requires accurate, eligible content and compliance with listing, event, payment, and moderation rules.
Owners are responsible for keeping listing and event information accurate and for holding the rights needed to publish submitted text and media.
Commercial ranking and event placement payments are generally non-refundable after successful placement, except where required by law or for duplicate charges, processing errors, failed placement, or other documented system errors.
Discover Volusia may unpublish, suspend, or remove content that is inaccurate, ineligible, unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with platform policy while preserving required payment and audit history.
