About Equine Reproduction Center of Central Florida

Born in Daytona Beach, Florida. She obtained her undergraduate degree at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. She received her doctorate of veterinary medicine at the University of Florida in Gainesville. She practiced in Ocala for a year before returning to the University of Florida to complete a 2 year residency in animal reproduction. She became a diplomate for the College of Theriogenology in 2002. It is this advanced degree in reproduction that distinguishes Dr. Luznar as a board certified reproduction specialist. After completing her residency, she worked in the Ocala area as a veterinarian with an emphasis in reproduction. Concurrently, she worked in Gainesville at the Institute of Veterinary Specialists, performing canine reproductive techniques. She always desired making her living and residing in her hometown of New Smyrna Beach. She made this a reality in 2004 forming the Equine Reproduction Center of Central Florida alongside her husband, Michael Kondracki.

Born in Sanford, Florida. His primary trade was in the field of construction, but secondarily he showed Quarterhorse and Paint halter horses. This served as a stepping stone for his equine experience today. He is co-founder of the Equine Reproduction Center of Central Florida and is responsible for its design and construction. He is the stallion handler for our facility for which he has taken special classes at New Bolton Center in Pennsylvania. He is the technician that conducts the coggins tests in our laboratory completing the certification in Ames, Iowa. He serves as Dr. Luznar’s veterinary assistant on most procedures and his presence is invaluable.
