Pre-registration for sidewalk space has closed. We have reached sidewalk capacity along Canal Street due to the street not being closed to vehicular traffic during the event.
Fun for kids and grown-ups alike! Chalk artists will create their masterpieces along the Canal Street sidewalks. Chalk It Up! is a collaborative community event presented by The Hub on Canal and sponsored by New Smyrna Beach Utilities, Canal Street Historic District, City of New Smyrna Beach, and Publix. Judging and cash awards in seven categories – six amateur and one professional.
Fee: Free to attend and open to the public. Pre-registration for chalk artists is closed – all sidewalk spaces have been reserved.
